Work Without Borders

Work Without Borders is a project co-founded by the EU and focuses on developing a method to support retention of highly qualified internationals in Scandinavia.

Inklusiv Agder AS is part of the project Work Without Borders through our Welcome Hub Agder project.

Purpose

Strengthening the efficiency and inclusiveness of the labour market and improving access to quality employment by developing social infrastructure and promoting the social economy through retention of internationals.

Project Lead

Short description

The project’s objective is to test and develop a method that can support the retention of international talent across regional borders, based on the journey of international talent with a focus on activities that can bridge the gap between international talent and the business community. By establishing a strong partnership between educational institutions, business organizations, and private and public actors in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, we will develop a method that can be used across different types of organizations and nations.

This project is supported by The Interreg-ÖKS Programme project co-funded by the European Union.

As a project partner, Welcome Hub Agder (Inklusiv Agder) contributes expertise in international retention through our welcome services, supporting the development and testing of cross border methods that strengthen the link between international talent and the Scandinavian labour market.
